Time to call a spade a spade!
We all heard about the sad story of Kevin Hart, the Nevada high school senior who faked his signing day and got caught, so I'm not going to recap it. Instead I'm only going to comment on it. In reading countless stories, watching highlights, and listening to people on the message boards one thing seems to stand out. No one is blaming the kid! It's all his school's fault, his coaches fault, his parents fault, the media's fault. I say we cut the BS now and place the blame where it belongs. On Kevin Hart. He's old enough to have known better, to know right from wrong. If he was 10 years old than I say we may blame others, but he's now a young man. A young man who got caught in a lie and allowed it to snowball to the point where it became national news. After the age of 12, kids should know right from wrong and be able to do the right thing. I'm tired of our youth not being blamed for their actions. If we keep up this way, these kids are going to grow up and keep playing the "it's not my fault card" and think they can get away with anything. I have two children, ages 12 and 14, and I hold them accountable for their actions. I don't blame TV, video games, movies, music, etc. I think that thinking like this is why our younger generation is gettin progressively worse. It's time for parents to act like parents and discipline their kids for their actions and not cater to them by laying the blame elsewhere. Remember, these kids all grow up, and then what? All of a sudden they can't blame the media or others on their behaviours and they don't understand why. It's time to teach our children to take responsibility now people!

Patriots win by 3...
With the score NY Giants 10, New England Patriots 7, the Pats are gonna win by 3 pts. Just like they have the previous 3 Suoer Bowls they've been in. Just like I've been saying for the last 2 weeks. They beat the Rams by 3 pts in 2002. They beat the Panthers by 3 pts in 2004. They beat the Eagles by 3 pts in 2005. I think it must be fate. Just wait and see. 10:59 left in the 4th, and the Pats will win this on a last minute FG by 3pts. Pats 13, Giants 10, mark my words :)
